A Civilian, Elsie died on 10th of October 1944 aged 52. Elsie was born at Sheffield on 2 August 1892, a daughter of Harry and Clara Elizabeth Rollett. She was baptised at Saint Barnabas Church, Highfield, Sheffield, on 21 August 1892, and her family lived at 48 Highfield Place, Sheffield. By 1901 her family were living at High Street, Wrentham, Suffolk, and in 1911 their home was at Belfast House, High Street, Wrentham. 130142 The Waller Raid
A Civilian, Margaret died on 19th of October 1942 at the age of 13. Margaret was born at Kessingland on 13 January 1929, the daughter of George Thomas and Stella Mabel Bird. In 1939 her family lived at Church Road, Kessingland, but the 1939 Register shows Margaret with her grandparents, George and Margaret Bird, at the Baker's Shop, London Road, Kessingland. Margaret, and her mother Stella, died at their home, Acouver, Church Road, Kessingland, during an air raid. 191042 Raid
A Civilian, Stella died on 19th of October 1942 at the age of 39. Stella was born at Kessingland on 5 September 1903, a daughter of Thomas Edward and Mabel Ethel Blowers. She was baptised at Saint Edmund's Church, Kessingland, on 18 October 1903. In 1911 her family lived at The Beach, Kessingland. In 1921 they lived at 4 Geneva Cottages, Kessingland. In 1928 Stella married George Thomas Bird. In 1939 they lived at Church Road, Kessingland. Stella, and her daughter Margaret, died at their home, Acouver, Church Road, Kessingland, during an air raid. 191042 Raid
A Civilian, Emily died on 13th of January 1942 at the age of 51. Emily was born at Carlton Colville on 25 February 1890, a daughter of Christopher and Sarah Sadler. She was baptised at Saint Peter’s Church, Carlton Colville, on 8 June 1890. In 1891 her family lived at Ivy Farm, Carlton Colville, and this was still their home in 1901. In 1911 Emily worked as a parlourmaid for Reverend Pearson, and family, at The Rectory, Castle Camps, Cambridgeshire. In 1921 she lived with her parents at Camden House, Beccles Road, Oulton Broad. A Civilian, Beryl died on 13th of January 1942 aged 21. Beryl was born at Lowestoft on 24 January 1940, a daughter of William and Mildred Whiting. In 1921 her family lived at 2 Russell Terrace, Fir Lane, and by 1939 their address was 17 Fir Lane and Beryl was a shop assistant selling boots and shoes. Beryl died at London Road North during the Waller Raid. Beryl's brother, Ernest, died during an air raid in 1940. 130142 The Waller Raid
A Civilian, Elsie died on 13th of January 1942 aged 19. Elsie was born at Lowestoft on 14 June 1922, a daughter of William and Elsie May Petherick. In 1939 her family lived at 4 The Prairie and Elsie was a waitress at a restaurant. A Civilian, Alan died on 23rd of January 1942 at the age of 13. Alan was born at Lowestoft on 23 July 1928, a son of James Albert and Dora Vida Sterry. In 1939 his family lived at 55 Stanley Street and Alan was a schoolboy.Alan died at 55 Stanley Street, during an air raid, along with his mother Dora and his grandmother Mary Ann Sterry.  230142 raid
A Civilian, Ellen died on 13th of January 1942 at the age of 67. Ellen was born at Newcastle-upon-Tyne on 14 January 1874, a daughter of George and Sarah Oakes. By 1901 her family were living at High Street Corton. On 24 May 1902 Ellen married George Edward Mills. By 1911 they were living at Ethel Cottage, Victoria Road, Oulton Broad, and in 1921 they lived at the Conservative Club, Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, where George was the steward. A Civilian, Dora died on 23rd of January 1942 at the age of 43. Dora was born at Lowestoft on 7 May 1898, a daughter of George William and Sarah Anne Parker. She was baptised at Saint Peter's Church, Kirkley, on 17 June 1898 and her family lived at 92 Clement Terrace. In 1901 her family lived at 92 Carlton Road, Lowestoft, and this was still their home in 1911. From 4 September 1905 Dora was a pupil at Kirkley School.  230142 raid
