Beryl Joan Whiting

A Civilian, Beryl died on 13th of January 1942 aged 21. 

Beryl was born at Lowestoft on 24 January 1940, a daughter of William and Mildred Whiting. In 1921 her family lived at 2 Russell Terrace, Fir Lane, and by 1939 their address was 17 Fir Lane and Beryl was a shop assistant selling boots and shoes. 

Beryl died at London Road North during the Waller Raid. 

Beryl's brother, Ernest, died during an air raid in 1940.
